Staff activities and attendances are monitored by inside built access control system. Each person is equipped with a card that is controlled by scanning a bar code. Each bar code is strictly personal and not replicable for other employees. The bar code scan certifies the beginning or end of the working day for the employee, making it easy to control attendances and presences.
The main control panel provides a complete vision of the payroll, staff currently employed and simulates future situations. Through this panel you can access the control activities for each employee (loans, days off, warning letters, etc.). From here you can close salaries. Operation is very fast and simple, just long enough to take a cup of tea and the calculation of salaries is ready.
It's hard to keep track of contracts and automatically renew on expiration. We have created a procedure that makes life easier. Just enter your dates and the software analyzes the agreement expiring in the given period and provides useful information in case you want to renew the contract. Very useful at the end of the season to determine the personnel to be hired in the future.
Our software allows you to determine in a simple and visual way table of weekly shifts.
